Now that Bohemia has released this DLC I'm very committed to seeing what else they have in store. I bought Apex in sale for £8 and still deeply regret it. You open a door which pushes you and effectively you are getting stuck between it and a hand rail. Some debris might easily block you and you cannot pass through certain places, even though it looks like you should. Really, avoid this joke of a game.

Then go to menu to play a mission and instead you'll get an unskippable boring cutscene, where you can see developers names, which you can't read, if you're not Czech and you honestly don't give a flying f.ck about them. After few minutes of this cutscene, you're finally deployed.To a camp? To drive a f.cking truck?
Are you serious? C'mon.just give me somebody to shoot.for the christ sake. Then you'll get p.ssed so much, that you'll ALT+F4 this game and you'll not even try to play another mission.

We had one deployed base (Alpha) we cleared all the surrounding islands and moving the Container to the main continent.
We got shot down and the container was destroyed. Alpha is now showing on Chimera but you cannot spawn there, when clicked it looks like your going to respawn and then you back at the respawn menu. Only option is Chimera.
Once at the main base you cannot see the Alpha container nor can you Build. So I guess this is the $1mil question. If there a way to rebuild Alpha and continue the game (no other bases exist, except main). Is this a bug? We restarted the game and chose the parameter to let first base be built, does not work.
Just hate to loose all the real-estate we accomplished and start from scratch. OnI have a suggestion: I often let there be a couple of people back in my base together with some helicopter etc so i can ask them to pick me up if needed.
What would be great was if you could recruit people when not in the base, although they spawn at base. Then you could have reinforcements airliftet out during missions.This is easy to do without being commander so squadleaders would be able to buy people at a base, ask them to board a helicopter or truck, and just move them to the desired location and then tell them to exit the vehicle. (and maybe have the driver, pilot take the vehicle back to base incase you need to repeat). OnHi, I don't know if this is the correct forum to do this but i have modified the original to let base Chimera play a greater role in assisting the Liberation.
So Basically i added the CAS and Transport options from the ALIVE mod to the helicopters at the starting base. So they are not only for show anymore they can be called to extract and combat support. Be careful though cause they can get shot down and will take 30 minutes to respawn. Also they travel in a straight line from the base but you can put a safe path for them via the ALIVE commanders menu. When request a pick up they will ask you to pop a smoke upon arrival to confirm landing. Also they will land on the best spot in the location anywhere on the map not only helipad markers.
Order them to return to base and they will do just that but in a straight line.Note you need the laser designator equipped to request support or pick up from the alive commanders menu. Also added the CQB module as well so be careful on patrols because those once empty buildings may and will have CSAT forces occupying them and are all randomly generated every time. Everything else is untouched. Needless to say you need the ALIVE mod to for all this to work. On@sondrebakken All the UAVs must have crew, If it spawns empty it dont gonna work. This happens in all maps because the 'crew' in the UAV it actually the AI. If you see the crew on a AR Darter you will see it have 2 guys inside, one for the turret and one for the pilot.I hope Zbug get the release 0.925 out soon with all the bugs from the 'Apex update' fixed.Another bug i have is that the new nighvision goggles (Thermal ones) are bugged in first person view, you actually see them and you can't see shit.About the 'Tanoa's version', i hope he will do it. Im actually doing one for my team, but i will wait until Zbug get all the bug fixes to ended it. If he dont do the 'Tanoa's version' you can always port the normal map into Tanoa with the following information:I hope this info will help you!:smile.
